My perspective is shaped not only by over two decades of experience in the legal industry and corporate environments, but also by my own path navigating those spaces.

As a first-generation professional, former attorney, mother, and Black woman, I have spent much of my career navigating institutions where expectations are often implicit and not always evenly experienced.

That experience has shaped how I think about professional growth—less as a matter of capability alone, and more about how individuals understand, interpret, and engage with the systems around them.
